Do I need to register on the site to place a bid?

Yes. We require a simple signup, just your name and email address, for you to be able to take part in one of our online auctions. If you win, you’ll be prompted to complete your account profile during the checkout.

How do I watch items I’m bidding on?

Once you’ve registered, you can visit the “My Auctions” link near the top of your profile page. From here you will be able to watch any active auctions, and any auctions you’ve won.

I just won an auction, how do I pay?

Congratulations! You can pay for your items once auctions are listed as complete. Sign into your account and visit the “My Auctions” link near the top of your profile. From here you will be able to checkout as normal.

Please pay for your won auction within 36 hours of auction completion.

Which Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, and Email Transfer*. Please visit our FAQ for more information.

How do I pay for my order with an Email Transfer?

Complete your order as usual, checking “Email Transfer” as your preferred payment method. We will contact you with the send address along with your order total and further instruction. Once we have confirmed the successful transaction your order will be processed and shipped.
